Why do only three things show a price?
The Diagnose first step, the Second Opinion, and a single training workshop each have a fixed scope, so each has a fixed price. Everything else is sized to your roles, teams, and workflows, so a list price would be wrong for most buyers. You get a written quote within 2 business days of the first conversation, before any work starts.
Do we pay per seat or per user?
No. Fees follow the scope: roles for Diagnose, teams for Adopt, workflows for Build and run, and reviewed moves for Prove.
Do we have to buy all four?
No. Each service is scoped and quoted on its own. Diagnose comes first in the order we recommend, and the free AI Check is a way to start before you spend anything.
