Measure what AI is improving.

Forecast against measured, per workflow and per role, with a source for every number, reviewed on a set cadence.

Every AI plan forecasts value. Few ever go back and check. Prove is the going back.

Each quarter, the forecast for every workflow sits beside what was measured, with the variance explained. Unmeasured stays unmeasured, never zero and never assumed.

4. Prove

Forecast against measured.

  • Invoice preparation

    Forecast 40 h, measured 31 hMeasured
  • Request triage

    Pilot, no measurement yetNot measured
  • Q4 plan revision

  • AP time on invoices, observed

    34% before, 19% afterObserved

Measured from the time log. Unmeasured stays unmeasured, never zero.

Turn a forecast into a record.

The time log, the workflow list, and the role scores already hold the inputs. Prove reads them on a schedule and writes the result in a form a board can question line by line.

Where measured falls short of forecast, the plan changes: a move is re-sequenced, a workflow is revised, or a claim is withdrawn.

Start with: Quarterly value review. Length and price set at scoping.

What Prove looks like

A quarterly review that changes the next quarter.

Prove closes the loop that Diagnose opened. The same rubric and the same numbers, now with evidence on the other side.

Value report
Forecast, measured, and variance for every workflow and role, with the source named on each line.
Measurement rules
What counts as measured, from which system, over which period. Agreed once, applied every quarter.
Plan revision
Moves re-sequenced or withdrawn as the numbers come in, with the reason recorded.
Results record
A dated history a board can read, showing what was promised and what arrived.
Review cadence
Quarterly by default, with a shorter cadence for workflows that touch sensitive data.
NovaPath Aware, as an add on
Measured value read from observed work signals at team level, not only from time logs.

You hold at the end

  • A value report each quarter: forecast, measured, variance
  • The plan revised as people and tools change
  • A results record you can show a board

Pairs with, sold on its own

You own the results. We keep the score honest.

We have no stake in the forecast coming true. A measured shortfall is reported as plainly as a gain, because the next plan is only as good as the numbers under it.

Over time the record shows which kinds of moves paid off in your business, and the next Diagnose starts from that.
