What we do · Agent Manager
Most AI pilots stall because nobody owns them after launch. We break the work into agent workflows, set the standard for good output, watch every agent, and handle what goes wrong.
01
Break the process into workflows
We map the work step by step and mark which steps an agent takes and which stay with a person.
02
Assign the work
Each step goes to the right agent or the right person, with a named owner on your side.
03
Define good output
A written standard for each workflow, with real examples of pass and fail, checked on a schedule.
04
Monitor performance
We watch quality, volume, speed, and cost, and report them to you every month.
05
Handle escalations
When an agent is unsure or wrong, it stops and routes to a person. We work the queue and close the loop.
06
Fix the system
Every miss gets a cause and a change, logged, so the same mistake does not come back.
07
Set when AI acts alone
Clear rules for what an agent may do on its own and what waits for a person to approve.
Every workflow gets one of three levels, written down before it goes live. An agent earns more room only after the numbers show it.
Reads
The agent looks things up and summarizes. Nothing leaves the building.
Drafts
The agent prepares the email, the record, or the reply. A person approves before it goes out.
Acts
The agent sends or updates on its own, inside limits we agree, with a sample checked every week.
Each one is quoted after a first conversation, and nothing is built before the price is agreed.
Agent diagnostic
Two to three weeks. Which workflows are ready for agents, what the platforms you already pay for can do, and where a person must stay in the loop.
Fixed fee
One workflow pilot
One workflow live in daily work, with an owner, a quality standard, an approval rule, and a way to switch it off.
Fixed fee
Agent operations
We run the agents every month: monitoring, escalations, fixes, model and prompt changes, and a monthly report.
Monthly
Approval rules and governance
For hiring, housing, money, or customer data: who approves what, what gets logged, and how to show it to an auditor.
Fixed fee
Staffing firms and MSP programs
Sourcing, screening, candidate follow up, timesheet and VMS exceptions, SOW intake, inside the ATS and VMS you already run.
Real estate teams and brokerages
Lead response in minutes, follow up, listing content, and transaction checklists, with consent and fair housing rules built in.
HR operations
Policy questions, onboarding steps, and HR helpdesk tickets, with a person on anything that touches pay, discipline, or hiring.
Do we have to buy a new platform?
Usually not. Most clients already pay for software that now ships agents. We set those up and run them first, and only suggest a new tool when the old one cannot do the job.
Who is responsible when an agent gets it wrong?
Your business is, the same as for any tool you run. That is why every workflow has a named owner, an approval rule, a log, and a way to switch it off, and why we review a sample of the work every week.
Will agents call or text our leads?
Only with the consent records and disclosures the law requires, reviewed with your counsel first. We do not run automated calling or texting on purchased or appended phone lists.
How is this different from the AI Operating Partner?
The Operating Partner covers strategy, training, builds, and quarterly value. Agent Manager is the hands on running of agents, and it works on its own or inside a partnership.
