We start with a diagnostic or with the first workflow you already know you want. Either way, the plan is priced before anything is built.

Every quarter, measure and decide
You get forecast against measured for each workflow, and we agree the next quarter: more training, a new build, or a new function to diagnose.
A strategy firm stops at the plan. A trainer leaves after the workshop. A builder leaves after launch. Each one hands the next problem back to you.
We stay through all of it, and we show the number. The fee is monthly and quoted after a first conversation. Any new build is quoted before it starts.
